Refer & Reward

Our new referal scheme for patients, collect some referal cards from the front desk, write your name on them and hand them to people you would like to recommend our practice to. 

Once they have booked an appointment with us, all they have to do is hand the card (with both your and their name on) in at reception when they attend the appointment and they will receive a 15% discount on a New Patient Consultation and 10% discount on their recommended course of treatment (if required).

Once they have attended their New Patient Consultation, you (our loyal patient) will be entitled to a £10 Marks & Spencers shopping voucher.

Dental practices are now required to be registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC). This means more paper work for us, more consent from you, and more feedback from everyone.

We are now required to gain your consent to be able to phone you on your home phone and if there is no answer, to have your consent to leave a message on your answer phone. We have a form in the practice which you will be asked to fill out when you visit, so please do so, or we won’t be able to call and remind you of your appointments!

We may also, if you are undertaking a full schedule of treatment, ask you once you have decided to go ahead, to sign, to say that you consent to the treatment being carried out.
