We’re delighted to offer a membership scheme to enable our patients to enjoy ready access to the treatment and support they need to control dental disease and enjoy Total Oral Health.

All our clients are unique individuals and, while we tailor any individual treatment needs to your requirements, we offer a choice of membership levels to deliver a flexible service to suit you. Every membership means that your dentistry will be delivered with the outstanding customer service people have come to expect from South Lane Dental. We have no doubt that patients who become members of the practice will enjoy better levels of health and require less treatment in the long run, as we will be able to continually monitor your teeth and gums to ensure they stay in the best possible condition.

Membership levels vary from our basic Signature Smile through to our Signature Smile Premium. All levels are available at affordable monthly payments – simply see the table below to decide which cover is right for you.

Emergencies

In case of an emergency during practice hours, please contact us immediately. We will always endeavour to see a patient in pain on the same day. If you require emergency treatment outside surgery hours over the weekend, please phone the practice and listen to the message detailing the specific arrangement..

Terms & Conditions

6 month guarantee on standard composite fillings (if it is the advised treatment) subject to maintaining membership level and keeping to recommended maintenance schedule. 3 year guarantee on laboratory restorations fillings subject to maintaining membership level and keeping to recommended maintenance schedule. An initial administration fee of £10.00 will be collected with your first payment only. Please note, discounts apply to general dental treatments carried out at the practice, these exclude all orthodontic carried out by our dentists, endodontic or implant/surgical treatment carried out by a visiting dentist.

* Free child examination terms and conditions are: 2 Examinations per year. 1 child per parent (maximum of 3 children, if both parents are registered). Treatment at 50% of adult rate.

Little Smiles Plan

We believe in preventative dental care and encourage our patients to bring their children to the practice from an early age.

Regular Healthy Mouth Reviews from a young age will ensure children don’t suffer from untreated dental decay with devastating effects to their growing dentition.

South Lane Dentals’ ‘Little Smiles’ Plan offers a monthly membership for children for just £12.00 per month. (£10 registration fee will be added to the first payment)
